Thanks to Brian Hill, the military manual for the ARR-7 is in the BAMA
collection. You can find the ARR-7 stuff on the Hallicrafters page
under R-45/ARR-7. It is listed after the SX-28 material, since the
receiver is based on the SX-28 circuitry.

As to the history and uses, I'm afraid that I don't have a clue. If no
one here responds, you might try the hallicrafters reflector.

ok folks!
today's haul into the museum was a hallicrafters bc 411A transceiver HF
rig, big ugly and heavy! Need info on how this was used... has contact
number making it seem to be 1940 on the dot.

also need prints, inst. etc....

next item.... arr-7... this is by hallicrafters also and airborne....
has
video and panadaptor output....
which is the right scope to add to it and why did they use the scope
on
this unit? not high enough to be countermeasures......

visit our museum on the web at www.smecc.org and in a month visit the
building as remodeling WILL BE OVER!! ( yea!)

thanks in advance for any help
