Conar Knobs

Anyone have any of the reddish-maroon knobs used on the Conar Model 400
xmtr?
Would consider swapping my firstborn son or, if u don't need one of
those, shelling out hard cash.  Need 2 but will buy more if you're
wanting to retire on the sale of 3 or 4 of these elusive little devils.
