Need Bud Cabinet Trim

Some of the older Bud cabinets and perhaps others used ribbed chrome strips
and those sometimes has red paint in the lower ribs.  I need some of that
trim for a National NC-46 receiver and speaker.

Any suggestions or alternate solutions???
