SX-28

Hi Jerry,
    I know you don't want an answer that says, "it depends," but it sure
does.  On condition, basically.  I bought an SX-28A abt 2 yrs ago for less
than $100.  Almost complete, condition unknown.  I turned down an SX-28
(plain), abt same condx,  shortly after, for about the same price, 'cuz I
had been working on a "plain" for several months and know what a pain they
are.  I wouldn't sell it for $300 now.  I haven't gotten into the "A" yet,
but they're easier to work on.
    You can get an idea of what things have been selling for on ebay at:

    for ex, the following is of interest:

SX-28  12 $125.00  $316.93  $775.00
SX-28A 8 $125.00  $297.61  $475.00

You get no indication of condition in that data, but you can be pretty sure
the "min." ones are pretty minimal, the "max.'s" are probably pretty good
looking & working, hopefully have been completely recapped & re-resistored
as needed.
