FS: Super rare little FT-DX100

Yaesu FT-DX100 for sale.

NEAT little vintage solid state HF transceiver.

One of Yaesu Company's earliest models. This is an extremely rare item.
It was never sold in the U.S.A. The unit here was brought back to the states by
someone serving in Japan.

Produced around 1967 before the FT-401 and FT-101 series. This compact unit
will run on 120V AC OR on 12V DC. The 120V AC power cord is supplied with it.

Frequency Range is 3.5 to 28 MHz amateur bands.
Modes CW, AM and SSB at 120 W PEP for SSB/CW, 50 W for AM.

Carrier Suppression -40dB
Unwanted sideband suppression -40dB

All solid state, except  for three tubes:
12BY7A driver,  6JM6 x 2 finals

Dimensions:
334mm x 153mm x 262mm (W x H x D)

Weight is 14 kg = 31 pounds.

This unit comes with the ORIGINAL BOX and a copy of the schematic. It is very similar to
model FT-150.
