tube boxes

Anyone know a source for blank, empty tube boxes?  I've got too many loose and
it almost takes a microscope on some days to read them.  I'm still looking for
Sams AR-14,15 & 16 and a Johnson Matchbox SWR meter movement.  Tnx.....JR
