Johnson Desk KW Service Bulletins and Notes

Hi,

I have a question about the Service Bulletins for EFJ Desk Kilowatt.  I have
only seen one Service Bulletin marked as such, it was Service Bulletin #3.
I have not seen any other material actually marked as "Service Bulletins"
#1, #2, or #4.   Does anyone know if those Service Bulletins #1, #2, #4
really existed?  Thanks,
