WANTED: manual/info: Voron VO-41

Narrow interest, please respond off-list.
For a friend, looking for a commercial or military manual and/or any
information on a Voron Model VO-41 "Capacity-Resistance Analyzer".
Made by George Voron & Co. of Philadelphia, ca. 1959.  Rather similar in
function to a Sprague TO-series and others.

Also known as:

20856C  IFI  IIIAE  VOR  CRIT.... (appears scratched)
6625-00-014-4489
TESTER, CAPACITOR
EQP/MDL  V041  MFG  VORON
PIN  205767  SN117  YRMFG  59

from a MIL property label.
If anyone can shed any light on that label data please email me
off-list.  We'd appreciate it if one of the Mil wizards could help.
