It's a hard three hours from Warner Robins to the Praters
Mill Swap fest, about 10 miles north of Dalton, GA. I was
determined to be there early but didn't arrive until 0745.
The swap fest was in full swing and I was lucky get a space
down by the water..

Since I was displaying my pieces, parts, and paraphernalia
-- I didn't get a chance to see everything.. But, I do

Several 250 Johnson Matchboxes including one that had a
Heath SWR bridge neatly installed.

One Johnson Ranger..

One National NC-183..

Heath HW101, SB200, SB220, HW12, a Cantenna or two, and a
Capci-Tester that came home with me.

A set of Hallicrafters HT-40 (?) and matching receiver.. (I
got to start taking notes!!)

A trailer full of "stuff" that included one BC-342 and an
ARR-15, as I recall.

Several of the usual boatanchor suspects scurrying around
the field.. Some stopped by to say "Hello". I am sure
that some of those folks have better memories and I wish
they would post other finds, that I missed.

My only other purchases were a bag of Octal and 7 pin tube
sockets as well as two enclosures that just beg to be
antenna tuners..

Fun day and it was all over and I was back on I-75, headed
south, by 1200..

Next weekend is the 12 Annual Dallas, GA, Hamfest,
presented by the Paulding Amateur Radio Club, Inc., on
Saturday, September 14, 2002, 0800 till 1400.

Location is the Paulding Meadows Park, located two miles
north of the Courthouse on Hwy 61.
