 interesting night, while going through  a broadcaster we were documenting, in his  file box we ran across a  signed photo of General Frank Stoner ACS  signal corps chief....

found little on him on google except a little commentary...

my how things keep taking me off on tangents...

any one  have any background or association with Frank?
