Crystal "drive level" question

I wonder if anyone has any exprtise with crystal specifications
for possibly using the newer type HC-49/U or HC-49/US
crystals with a small tube type oscillator stage.

these typically have a fairly low rating for "maximum drive level"
in the ranges from 2 mW to 20 mW.

Does anyone know which (if any) crystal osc circuits such as a Pierce or Colpitts
using tubes like 6CL6 or 6C4 might actually be able to work with one foi these
crystals without fracturing it?
