Long cabinet rods for Valiant (verification)

I respect that others want to protect themselves from spam. But I don't
know who Mark is, from this computer generated msg, and why should he make
me act to insure his privacy? How do I know that if I click on the link I
won't get spammed myself, or contract a virus?
Maybe I'm just bitchy this AM (more than usual).

Al, W8UT
