Brown Portable Potentiometer - Honeywell Artifact.........$40 plus
shipping
This was made by Minneapolis Honeywell in Philadelphia. Never knew they
were in Philadelphia so this must be pretty old! I would guess that this
is from the 1920's or 1930's. According to the instruction card, "this
instrument is for checking potentiometers and thermocouples. It can also
be used for checking millivoltmeters and other sources of electromotive
force within its range. The range of this instrument is 0-71 millivolts
DC." The instrument itself appears to be in excellent condition. The
instruction card does have a water stain and and leather handle is
coming apart.
