Ventilation and stacking of BA's

When the Apache first came out, there was no fan!
Later Heath had a field modification kit to add the
fan which were pretty much "standard" in the later
versions.

The field modification kit consisted of a new "top"
for the final amplifier cage, the fan, and a couple of
"hook up" wires.
