Sorry it doesn't low unless you apply too much extra voltage, BUT...

Can anyone tell me what this is?

It looks like a PTO out of some late model analog radio gear.
The part number is 61S-0001-001
SO I was WONDERING if it was out of a COllins 62S1 or something?

It is marked "3.0 to 4.0 Mc." which sounds promising.
Anyone know what it is?

Naturally, I am thinking about using it as a VFO for the
good ole 2E26 MOPA here.
