D-104 elements

Unfortunately, elements for the D-104 are no longer
available from the manufacturer.  You can occasionally
still get them on eBay.  Also, there really isn't
anything really special about the elements except for
their exact size.  You can use all sorts of crystal
and ceramic elements as well as those made by Heil and
others.

So long as the grill is in place you really can't tell
what is behind it!
