If they have the formula, they should be able to mix
the paint since all of the stores have the machine
that is used to generate all of the colors that they
have the color cards for. Now, as for matching the
colors from scratch, that I don't know!
I actually deal with two Sherwin-Williams locations.
One is my local store that does most of my matching.
However, they don't do lacquer or some of the oil
based paints. For that I have to go over to the
"main" store in Garland, Texas (about 10 miles). That
store is more of a warehouse and they deal mainly with
telecommunications manufacturers. That store can
match anything in any type of paint!
