Any info on AEA TI-1

Hi all,
      Just wondering if anyone had any information on the AEA TI-1.  I know
it is not a  BA, but thought I could impose on this Audience to find out if
anyone knows how it is used, or has a Manual.  I Emailed Timewave, but they
have not responded.   Thanks in advance for any information.
