DSB BC-696 Driver Transformer?

In the May 1957 CQ article about changing the BC-696 to DSB,
using a very simple mod, they show a driver transformer.

Anyone know if they used an existing transformer or added one?

I am building a similar transmitter (only 1W) using 3S4
& 3A5 miniature tubes to run on 90VDC (battery power)
and need some ideas about an appropriate transformer
as I continue to gather the parts.
