Two things:

1) I'm not "stinky"  hi hi.

2) Another way of looking at the CW requirment war:
The noble CW requirment may well lead to fewer and fewer new licences 
being issued. The FCC then reduces or eliminates some Ham bands for 
lack of use.

Your thoughts?
