Hallicrafters Dial Plate

I recently acquired a nice SX101A/R46B.  The dial plate behind the main
tuning knob is tarnished, and I seem to remember that someone is making
repros.  Anyone know who?

Also, I'd like to repaint the R46B cabinet.  Does anyone make the decals
that are on there?  If not, any techniques for preserving them?
