ARRL MUST GET BETTER

If you don't want fixed frequency automatic responding transmitters on our 
ham bands write ARRL and your section leaders.
If you don't want this flood of letters from ARRL asking us to contribute 
for attorney's fees.  Say so.
Suggest that ARRL find attorneys who will produce more for less money.
