Unfortunately Jim could post up there a "Good Morning" and someone would
take issue with him on it.  There are too many loose cannons there, and
even when he posts something worthwhile, it generally gets lost in the
sea of swill, and winds up having to defend/explain every word he types.

Jim can make recommendations and/or comments at board meetings and
wherever, but he has no vote in the Board of Director voting processes.
