Lakeshore VFO dial restoration - Help!

I am trying to restore, re-create, or find a replacement dial for a
Lakeshore Band Hopper VFO.  This one was evidently damaged when the plastic
window was warped and partially dissolved by a caustic liquid. The dial was
also damaged by the liquid and by the warped window rubbing against it. 

Does anyone out there have a spare dial, a hi-res scan of a dial, or a high
quality photo that might be used in making a new one.  The same dial was
used in the Lakeshore Phasemaster II-B with built-in VFO.
