Anyone Seen one of These Before?

That unit is like a pretty accurate crystal calibrator. It was modified by Lambkin to go 
with their frequency meter.
Which is like a BC-221 or a Navy Lm freq. meter. Lampkin put the large dial on to trim the 
crystal to WWV and then after
setting to WWV you would check the calibration of the freq. meter. I had both at one time. 
Lampkin also  made a FM modulation meter.
Most of their stuff was used for two way radio work.
