6m AM and 2m AM Activity

I have been wanting to build a 6M repeater here in FL but have
been unable to find a reasonably priced set of duplexers or a
design that doesn't require sophisticated mechanical and
electronic expertise and equipment.

Is there a source of surplus 6M duplexers?
