The best fastest and cheapest that I have found is Peterson Xtal in
Council Bluffs , Iowa...
Just E mail  Jjk51503 at aol.com tell him what you want and how many and
walla in about 5 days 
They are there with an invoice to pay..No credit cards no pay pal just
good old American Way 
Send a check for what you buy...Been around for years and years...The
good old PR Crystal..
