Hello all !


"Atmospheric Broadcasting" of a sort via high-density spot-creation in the
ionosphere has been under study for some time by the US Department of
Defense.


It's the HIGH FREQUENCY ACTIVE AURORAL RESEARCH PROGRAM based in Alaska.

A search on www.amazon.com will also turn up numerous books on the HAARP

believing it's a national government attempt at "mind control!"
