Johnson paint

A week, or two, ago, someone posted a message on a
couple of reflectors about using Rust-oleum #1977 Kona
Brown to match the Johnson paint on things like the
Adventurer, Ranger I, etc.

Well, I bought some today to repaint the cabinet on my
Adventurer that someone had repainted with a metallic
paint (probably some automotive "touch up" paint) that
was "way off" from the actual color. The Kona Brown
doesn't come close to the actual color. It is closer
than the paint that my Adventurer cabinet was painted
so I went ahead and painted the cabinet until I get
some computer matched at Sherwin-Williams. But, if
someone is wanting a close match to the original color
don't even think of using the Rust-oleum #1977 Kona Brown.
