CW Sending program

I am looking for suggestions as to which program to
use, and for some circuit descriptions, to use the
computer in my main radio shack to send CW. Over the
years I have progressed from a straight key, to a
Vibroplex Original, to a Vibra Keyer hooked up to an
electronic keyer. Frankly, I have done this for over
47 years and still prefer to use "manual" methods of
keying.
Unfortunately, I "acquired" rheumatoid arthritis about
5 years ago and it is getting more and more difficult
to bend my fingers, especially on my right hand (which
I use to send CW). However, since I really don't have
to bend my fingers I can type without any difficulty.
Therefore, I am seriously considering going to a
keyboard to send. Don't want to, but it is getting to
be a physical challenge just to send CW for just a few
minutes.
I definitely do NOT use the computer to even attempt
to "read" CW! Not only is it "easier" for me to use
my "brain" to copy, but, at least in my experience, it
is very difficult to use a computer to copy hand-sent
CW.
Anyway, I am definitely looking for suggestions that
are minimal in cost yet will allow me to continue to
operate CW on a regular basis.
