_Viking I's are high impedance input. _Basically any high impedance
mike will work. Which will work best you will find is "subjective".

_I think the Astatic D104 is great as are Electrovoice 664's. The 664
is dynamic and has good bass qualities. The D104 is more for 'punch'.
I'm sure there are many other mikes that everyone will suggest.
Personally, I just like to see D104's with Viking equipment... brings
back memories.
Most of all, have fun AMing and of course, you HAVE to put it on CW
too. I have a Viking II project in a box waiting for me some day...
