Shack cleaning - HW 12 FS

Have an HW 12 rig that needs a new home since I am paring down the 
number of units in the shack.
When last powered up, it was receiving, but had very very low power output.
Cosmetically it is probably a 7 out of 10.....
Asking 40 dollars plus shipping.....
