 Thanks Bry.......I have to admit that I was not clear on those issues 
and now know what I need to do.  I will contact the ARRL and bring these 
subjects up.  Not once but I will contact them multiple times.  I hope 
everyone else does the same.  Thanks for the eye opener Bry.  Bob  PS... 
not name dropping... I know Joel Harrison...
