Tube Pullers

Bob,
I recently bought some kitchen tongs at Wallyworld that have a rubber
like cover on the tongs, They might work like the old scissors type
tube pullers.
Do you remember tube tapers? There were little wooden mallets that you
used to tap tubes. Back in the 60's as a technician at the Cape,
ordered a tube taper from Federal Supply.
Waited and waited then got a call from supply that the tube taper had
arrived. It was a 20 pound steel banded mallet used to drive stakes for
tents like in the circus.
Well it looked like a tube taper!!! Luck and 73.
