Art-13 Part Needed

Looking for the copper screened panel for the back of an ART-13. It is the top one that sheilds the final tubes. Size is about 18"X5".  It is missing so can only describe it by looking at a similiar one on the bottom half of the back. I can make something similiar but want to keep it all original if possible. Thank for the  space!
