Need Cinch Jones Socket

Need Female 15 pin Cinch Jones  in-line socket. 

This fits on the back of a Swan Power supply 117X and mates to a  male 
chassis mounted plug.   It is the input for the 120 or 230 VAC.

It needs to have a "shell/cover" if at all possible.
