Did you notice the bureaucratic gobblygook that the League official used?

PERCEIVED potential impact?   This guy is a real piece of work.
In case anyone needs a translation ... which I doubt ...  what it means is "The hams didn't like the League once again trying to decide for the hams what mode they should and shouldn't use.  And didn't like the League trying to decide for the hams what modes were outdated."
That's right ARRL .. we DON'T want or need you to decide for us.  This is, among other things, a HOBBY and we should decide for ourselves what modes we enjoy using.
