a Kenwwod TL-922A lost question for you

Regarding checking the TL-922A for 10 mtr option by seeing if it turns 
(the dial) past the 15 mtr setting.

i checked and no it doesn't so the next question is where can i find the 
instruction to install the 10 mtr option on the TL-992A? Phil KI6LEA
