Dee, and The List,

I have just started a non-profit museum, and would be happy to take these in
as donations, which of course would allow you to take a tax-deduction.
However, I am in Colorado, not exactly close to Virginia!

Maybe there is someone on the list who would like to help... get these into
a box and ship to me. It would be a d&#m shame to see any more boatanchors
go to the dump.

To The List: Can we organize an effort to use the museum as a decent place
to put our treasured boatanchors that are not wanted, not needed elsewhere?
The museum will have such programs as preservation, restoration, display,
education, various web-based programs and others. I have been working on the
ideas for several years, and I think everyone on this list will truly
appreciate the museum. The 2008 funding goal is $1 million, and I have
already received some promises for donations before the end of the year! All
ideas welcome.

I have one of these for restoration & one for parts. They presently are 
taking up space in my store room. YOU MUST COME GET THEM. I wont lift 
them let alone transport them, hi. If no interest, I will con my 
grandsons to hall them off to the dump!

of I-64 & I-81, Waynesboro.
