SWAP: Echophone EC-1A for 160M VFO

I am looking for a stable VFO with 1.8-2.0MHz output.

I am willing to tweak the circuitry in one that has a
decent cabinet, nice dial, and a good quality dial mechanism,
and also includes the requisite coils and other circuitry
but is either not working or lacks tubes.

I am willing to swap my pre-restoration Echophone EC-1A
for the right VFO.

A silver (Air Force?) ARC-5 T-17 transmitter with the
tuned circuits and dial mechanism intact would also
be a reasonable option.
