Radio-Mart is a notorious eBay scammer who sells ham radio gear.  He is 
well know for offering gear with deceptive or just plain false 
descriptions at inflated prices.  When unsuspecting buyer receives the 
item and complainers to Radio-Mart that it was not as described, he 
would get a flame in reply with the threat to give negative feedback for 
the buyer if he complained to eBay or gave negative feedback to him.

Some buyers have been happy with their transactions.
