QSL Cards for DX Stns

Good questions - yes - and ALSO - HOW do you send 
OUTBOUND DX QSL cards to the foreign stations in bulk if you ar 
enot a member of ARRL?

Are there any other overseas DX QSL sending organizations here 
these days??
