ProHunter Mobile antenna

Any one know who made a ProHunter, Maldol PR-212D mobile antenna?  Need 
manual for it.  Also need the mount.  Rest of it is in great shape and 
works.  It checks out to be for 2 meters.

I did google it, but couldn't find anything on it.   It's gotta have 
some gain, it's almost 8 feet long.  thanks, Bob W5UQ
