That reminds me of a piano shop I used to do some work for...
Kurtz Piano in Nashville, back in the 1970s. They had a sign 
inside the glass counter, near the cash register. There was 
a picture of a sad carrtoon character, and it said:

"Picture of a poor boy waiting for prices to come down!"
