wtb 9 pin octal plug

Since we are being so punctilious, Octal does not mean 8. Octal means
relating to, or being a number system with a base of eight.

Octo means 8...  

However I think most people on the list understood that George used an idiom
common to our hobby.

Just my 2 cents...
