It's still fun to build stuff, but be pretty handy someplace like Dayton.
25,000 2 meter rigs is intermod hell I don't care what kind of tone squelch
you use. Not as cool to walk around with as a BC-111 or PRC-6 on 80 meter AM
but at least as useful.
