Not enough L to be a filter choke but may have some use in hi level AM?
Not sure what it's worth is. Know what SSN wants for a similar item tells me
that about 1/3 to 1/10 of that might be a starting point.

Picture, sure, it's a potted rectangle, used to be gray but someone did a
light blue paint over.
