Cabinet for Hallicrafters S-40 needed

I am needing a cabinet for a Hallicrafters S-40 (plain S-40, not "A" or "B").  Paint condition doesn't matter.  However, no additional holes or major dents.

The S-40 series, S-77 series, S-85, S-86, and SX-99 all use the same sized and type of cabinet.
