HQ-120x part needed

Help!
I am rebuilding a Hammarlund HQ-120 that was severely modified during its life.  I have been very lucky in finding parts, until now.  I find I am in need of the “Relay Pin Jack” on the rear panel.  The Hammarlund part is #6142.  This relay jack was used on the HQ-120, 129, 140 and 150 series , I believe.
