The strange NC-57 look-alike -- the Navy K57B

Thanks to everyone for the very interesting comments about this unusual
radio !

I've just sent an email to Jim Hanlon, W8KGI, asking him if he'd like the
receiver "free to a good home" and hopefully for an Electric Radio article,
since it's such an unusual item.

I hope he'll say "Yes."  If he does, I'll ask him to let us all know, or if
I learn from him that he's interested, I'll pass that on to the group.
